Materials:

Standard / Professional Package:
We visit the destination and take our own "tourist" photos (photos remain our property). Note: The destination must be in Ontario within a 3-hour driving distance of Toronto. You can provide your own professional photos to augment our photos. Since the monthly fee is based on the number of photos, we give you the opportunity to decide which photos to include/exclude. We write all the editorial text that appears on the profile page, on the photo gallery page, and on each photo page. If you have suggested text about the destination and/or about each photo, please provide it and we will try to incorporate it in our own words.

Lite Package
You must supply the following materials in electronic format:
- Introductory paragraph; max 200 words
- Profile page informational text; max 1000 words; max 5 paragraphs
- 6 photos (exactly 6 photos); 640 x 480; .jpeg; max 256K per file; geotagged (optional)
- Text caption and description for each photo (max 140 and 300 characters, respectively)
- Contact information (telephone, street address, website address)
All submissions subject to review.
Analytics Report:

Upon request, we can provide a Google Analytics report (as a .PDF file) covering any period (e.g.: 3-month period).
The report shows the keywords that were used in search engines to find the profile, the visitor count for each page of the profile (i.e.: profile page, gallery page, photo pages), and average time on each page. You can use these reports to see which photos are popular and which keywords are being used in search engines.
We recommend waiting at least 3 to 6 months before requesting the first report so that the report contains sufficient data. You can request any period (e.g.: past 3-months, past 6-months, past 12-months, since start, etc.)
This reporting service is an option available only for a Standard / Professional Package and is $25 per report. HST extra. |
