This photo is of the information kiosk on the main level of the viewing tower at the southerly extent of the boardwalk. On this panel of a two panel set, the main text reads, "Marsh Boardwalk Trail. World in a Marsh. The marsh is full of life. Frogs, snakes, birds, mammals, plants, insects, and other invertebrates all live and thrive here in a complex interlocking web of life. Many of the creatures found here are so well adapted to survival in this waterlogged world that they can live nowhere else. It is a world unto itself. The marsh contributes to the biodiversity of Presqu'ile Park, Ontario, and the planet. These are just a few of the creatures that call the marsh home." The informaton balloons are titled (left-to-right): Bullfrog, Sunfish, Bowfin, Chara, and Blanding's Turtle. A second panel is to the right. Photo looking north.
